Runoff_Ruissellement: Runoff - int(3,2) - Cumulative surface runoff volume recorded in that day; mm.
Peak_Pointe: Peak - int(3,2) - Peak flow; unit: Liters per second (L/s).
Flag_Indicateur: Flag - string(1) - Quality parameter on the observation; g: good observations; s: suspicious, a: adjusted/corrected; m: runoff is not available due to equipment malfunctioning; NA: values indicates missing values.
